First of all we would like to introduce ourselfs and our place. We are the Skomersich family, owners of the house villa Olea. The house was built in the year 2016. and has two apartments. One apartment is for our personal use (we live in it) and the other one is for rental purpose. If you decide to chose our apartment for your stay, we will try to do our best, to make you feel like home.
The apartment (the house Villa Olea) is located in Štinjan, a suburban area of Pula, only 4 km from the city center. The place is very calm and peaceful. In the near by area you can enjoy in many kind of activities. The nature and the sea will take your breath away.
As we mentioned at the top of the page, the apartment is part of a new built villa Olea. This is the third season of rental. It means that you will enjoy in a new apartment with all commodity and comfort. Do not miss to book this opportunity directly from our web page.
