Choosing a free termin from our booking calendar does not mean that you commit to make any reservation. By sending us the inquiry you just check with us if the chosen period is free. You will than receive an email from our team regarding your chosen holiday dates with the offer for your stay. If you accept the received offer, we will send you an invoice from our paypal account. The period on the calendar will than change to pending and you will have 24 hours to pay the total amount for the booking. Once we receive the requested amount the reservation change from pending to booked. That's all about how our booking system works. Talking about the cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund up until 2 week prior to your arrival. For a 100% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listings local check in time (or 1:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
